SafePet ID Smart Tag adds an extra layer of security to your pet’s existing ID tag: contact details on the collar plus a Smart Tag that helps you check your pet’s last known location.

Good to know: the effectiveness of long-range finding depends on how many Apple and Android devices are nearby. It works very well in cities, parks and built-up areas. In sparsely populated places it may be less precise, because the location is updated only when a compatible smartphone passes nearby.

Setup

1. Unpack the set — inside you will find the SafePet ID Smart Tag and the silicone collar holder.
2. Attach the holder to your pet’s collar — it is quick to fasten and no tools are required.
3. Pair the Smart Tag with your phone — open Find My on iPhone or Google Find Hub on Android and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. Done — you can now view your pet’s last known location in the app.

You can also share the location with other members of your household, so everyone can check where your pet was last seen.
